At this interactive workshop, you will learn how to communicate science to members of the public and policymakers in a relevant, engaging, and memorable way. You will learn how to identify and connect with your audience, how to create a compelling message about your research/work, and how to make an effective “ask” to policymakers. You will also have the chance to practice speaking and holding meetings and will receive feedback from communication experts and your peers.
